Even though it isn't a very large book the content in it is worth it's weight in gold.It has very good antidotes on how to correct your way of thinking towards rejection. For the cost the book was excellent. Ordered several of them( 5) for our family book club. The only reason I gave it a 3 instead of a 5 is because I have severe allergies, and books were a little smelly based on the age. But for one penny, come on, you can't beat it.
